Beverage Partners Worldwide, or "BPW" is an entrepreneurial joint venture between The Coca-Cola Company and Nestlé S.A. focused on the high growth potential of the dynamic ready-to-drink tea category. BPW combines the leading nutrition expertise of Nestlé S.A. with the marketing and distribution leadership of The Coca-Cola Company and its network of Bottlers.
Formed in 2001, the Joint Venture (JV) has steadily evolved with rapid expansion of the ready-to-drink tea category (10% CAGR between 2005-2008*) and driven by a strong leadership agenda at the heart of BPW’s core objectives.
We pride ourselves in a business model that is focused on creating a ‘constructive tension’ between:
1. an aggressive set of business objectives driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, and
2. the need to manage for results that reflect a high level of productivity by leveraging strong collaboration across a diverse team.
This has contributed to delivering strong double digit growth: +21% CAGR 04-08. An ambitious growth agenda aims at doubling the size of the business over the next 3 years, while positioning BPW as the global leader in ready-to-drink tea beverages.

. Leading brands, NESTEA® has been growing consistently to become a leading brand worldwide. In 2008, we introduced YUAN YE™, which has became one of the fastest growing ready-to-drink tea brands in China.
. Innovation, We strive to enhance and re-define the ready-to-drink tea experience with innovations which aim to make the ready-to-drink tea a mainstream category. Recent innovations include: NESTEA® Vitao® and ENVIGA®.
